The Broad Reach Group was instrumental in developing and delivering a training course for Amazon, directed at technical management.  Working with the company's senior  technical  leaders and their teams, Kathy and Jonathan  facilitated a  work group that developed the product and training delivery process using internal  subject-matter experts.  They also facilitated each training delivery and incorporation of participant feedback to build continuous  improvement processes.  Throughout, they provided Amazon senior leadership with regular program review and status reports that identified significant change opportunities and successes.  Through this training, technical managers and their support teams created new data and resource management processes to continuously improve development and operations.  Jonathan and Kathy's leadership and style worked well with all levels of management of Amazon.

I’ve worked with Jonathan as a consultant on an M&A/Corporate Development project when I was the CFO of Trilogy International Partners. This led to hiring Jonathan to be the CFO of Trilogy’s Dominican mobile operator for two years . We hired Jonathan to live in the DR as the CFO and to resolve some local challenges including a multiple year tax audit by the Dominican government.
